* Note: We do not accept insurance for perimenopausal/menopausal treatment or weight loss management. To better care for the patient, we have two annual membership programs which are not covered by insurance: the Hormone Optimization Program and the Weight Optimization Program. Prescriptions for hormones will only be filled for patients who participate in our Hormone Optimization Program.
